Teaching and Research Fields
私の研究は、まず、オフィス環境の改善とホワイトカラーの生産性やモラールの関係の探究を扱っている。この分野の他に、統計的手法を用いた企業評価モデルの開発を行なっている。そして、この研究領域に対して、必ず実際のデータを用いた統計分析による実証研究を中心としている。なぜなら、企業の実際の動きを常に把握し既存の理論との整合性をチェックしないと、机上の空論となる危険性が高いためである。
