My research interest lies in HR Management, Employment and Education, especially in the Japanese labor market, internationalization of Japanese universities and the promotion of global human capital in higher education. Particularly, I am investigating recent trends in Japanese style management and higher education concerning the recruitment of international and Japanese students to foster global human capital and internationalize the workforce.
