Teaching and Research Fields
主に業績評価に関する研究に取り組んでいます。大きな組織を動かすためには、目標を立てて結果と比較したりして、従業員を評価する必要があります。私はこの方法について研究しています。また、その知見を活かし、近年注目されている経営者報酬の決め方を調査しています。企業のガバナンスと大きく関わる経営者報酬に関して、ここ数年で大きな制度改正がありました。この制度改正に企業がどう対応したら良いのかが、中心的な問題意識です。
ほかには、企業のコストの動きやサプライチェーンの効率化なども研究しています。企業のコストは、企業が価値を生み出す源泉となります。そのため、経営者の意思決定が反映されていたりします。つまり、コストの動きを通じて経営者の意思決定を調査できる可能性があります。
私は数学を使った研究をメインにしていますが、他の研究者と組んで実地調査や統計的な研究も行なっています。基本的には管理会計・原価計算に関連する内容が中心的な研究課題ですが、組織内でのリーダーシップやチームでの動き、サプライチェーン・マネジメントや流通マーケティングなど、幅広く研究に取り組んでいます。
私の講義では、こういった最新の研究内容を学生にフィードバックすることを目指しています。そのため、同じ名前をしている講義でも、ほかの講義よりも新しく、ほかの分野とも有機的に絡み合うような内容がたくさん議論されています。
