【研究テーマ1】共同研究開発を始めとする組織間の戦略的提携、そして組織間に形成されるイノベーション・ネットワークを対象に、その特性や発展の様子、及び組織のパフォーマンスに与える影響や新知識・技術の普及に与える影響に関する研究に取り組んでいます。

【研究テーマ2】イノベーションの様相は技術により異なっており、また技術自身も日々発展しています。そのダイナミクスの理解は経営、政策の観点から重要です。情報通信分野やロボット・自動化技術を始めとするハイテク分野のイノベーションについて研究を進めています。

【研究テーマ3】新技術や画期的な製品、サービスの誕生におけるユーザーの役割の重要性について広く認識されています（ユーザー・イノベーション）。近年のハードウェア、ソフトウェアの著しい進化と価格低下の結果、その重要性が一層高まっているユーザー・イノベーションに関する研究を行っています。
