社会において私たちの生活の要求に応えるという大きな役割を果たす企業は、そうした役割の効率的達成のために管理活動を行なう。管理活動は、企業で働く人々や社会に対して様々な影響を持っている。管理活動は企業の内と外を通じて私たちの社会にしみ通っているのである。私は、管理活動が浸透した管理社会ないし企業社会の特質に関心を持ち研究している。
