    Title:会計情報を活用した企業評価に関する総合的研究
    Project summary:本研究は、会計情報に基づく企業価値評価を実践する場合の諸問題について総合的に検討した。そして、(1)効率性の高い株式市場において、株式の本源的価値を各種の企業価値評価モデルに基づき算定することの実際的有用性、(2)企業価値評価のために考案されてきた各種評価モデルの優劣比較、および(3)企業価値評価モデルの実践適用に際して必要となる財務データや資本コスト・データの特性や将来数値の予測のあり方について、示唆に富む数多くの研究成果を得た。
