新規株式公開やMBOという経営者自身の私的利益に大きくかかわるイベントにおける、経営者の行動をエージェンシー理論および利益調整行動の観点から研究してきました。加えて、現在はインターネット掲示板における書き込み情報から投資家心理および書き込みを行った投資家間のネットワークを測定し、測定した投資家心理および投資家ネットワークが新規公開における高い初期収益率と上場後の低い株式収益率に与える影響を検証しています。今後も、経営学以外の知見も積極的に取り入れることで、実証研究を進めていきたいと考えます。
