Profile
　構造を定義しづらい問題（やっかいな問題：wicked problems）を使って、モノ・コトをつくりながら、知識の獲得とその使用を学ぶワークショップという方法と、それを支援するサービスの開発研究をおこなっています。子どもからおとなまでが学びやすいプログラミング環境であるScratchやCricketワークショップの開発、デザイン思考の大学教育への適応、、統計教育、メディア制作教育、記録・評価システムの開発などをおこなってきました。
　また、授業、ワークショップ等の題材や教材をインターネットを通じて共有するオープン・エデュケーションと、ワークショップの学習成果を測定・評価・フィードバックするアプローチであるラーニング・アナリティクスも探究のテーマです。
