Profile
私の専門は臨床心理学で，子どもから大人まで幅広い年齢層の心の問題に関する研究と実践に携わっています。特に認知行動療法の視点に基づいた心理学的技法を，臨床心理学，教育心理学，精神医学，スポーツ心理学といった分野に応用しています。科学者-実践家モデル（scientist-practitioner model）の考え方を大切にしながら，実践に役立てることを視野に入れた研究を行うとともに，科学的知見への深い理解からクライエントの生活の改善に貢献できる実践を展開することを目標にしています。
