Teaching and Research Fields
教育の質保証を社会学的経済学的に考察していくことから研究を進めています。具体的には以下の３つの切り口から研究に着手しています。
一つ目として学生調査や卒業生調査等のデータを活用し理論的・実証的分析を通じて学生の各種体験がどのように学修成果に結びつくのか、「場としての学校」が生み出す教育の成果や社会的な機能について研究しています。
二つ目として人生百年時代も踏まえ学校という場を超えた人材育成という観点から、スポーツマネジメントや地域社会連携による課外学習の分析や、国際的な体験を通じたグローバル社会における主体的な成長構造を促す制度設計についても研究を進めています。
最後に三つ目としてテクノロジーの爆発的な進展を踏まえてリアルな場とバーチャルな場を往還する最新動向に基づいた学習環境＝成長環境を模索しています。革新的な技術を恐れず「まずは試してみる」ことから、最終的には何らかの形で学習者の「成長環境」を構築することを目指しています。
