Research Outline
My major is social informatics and social psychology. Especially, I analyze user behavior and psychology in new communication environment built by ICT like social media. I also study whether interaction design of media and applications can induce behavioral changes that lead to individual happiness and solutions to social problems. I aim to apply the knowledge and models discovered through analysis and experiment to marketing, such as recommendations and promotions, and to digital transformation (DX) in companies and municipalities.
