Teaching and Research Fields
主として質的研究方法の一つであるグランデッド・セオリー（G.T.）を用いた教育・保育・心理・福祉領域などの対人援助専門職の質の向上に関する専門的、学際的な研究を行っている。近年では特に対人援助専門職に就く者（その道を志す者）の対人関係に関する能力・資質とレジリエンシーにフォーカスを当て、領域を超え、質の高い援助を遂行するための重要な共通基盤となる援助者自身の健全性、それを育む環境のあり方・プロセスについての研究を進めている。
