YONEKURA Kyohei
有機合成化学を専門として研究しています.反応開発の分野は,新しい化学反応を開発し提供することによって,医薬品や機能性材料などの重要な有機化合物の合成に貢献していますが,特に,有機化合物の基本骨格を形作る炭素–炭素結合を構築する反応を開発しています.
化学反応は,電子の移動によって起こります.特に私は,分子内あるいは分子間の電子移動を制御するために,光や電気エネルギーを利用しています.環境調和性が高く,持続可能な社会に向けた新しい有機合成反応の開発を念頭に,通常反応しない安定な分子を狙った箇所だけで選択的に反応させる手法の確立を目指しています.
