Keith Geoffrey Jackson
I'm currently researching and writing instructional materials designed to encourage professional resilience and develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills and competencies among university graduates in Japan and in Europe. I'm focussing attention on career prospects for women leaders and entrepreneurs, whose talents remain undervalued in many societies, including Japan.
By personality, I am an optimist. Consequently, I wish to contribute to society by guiding students towards identifying and / or creating sustainable business and career development opportunities in response to global crises: e.g., public health (COVID), climate change, declining trust in political institutions, geopolitical tensions in Europe and across East Asia.
