Profile
私の教育研究の起点は、内部監査や内部統制の領域となっています。内部監査や内部統制の領域は、理論と実務の融合が特に重要な学問領域であるという立場に立ち、これまでこれらの領域の教育研究に携わってきました。また、監査法人業界に15年在籍し、内部監査・内部統制・リスクマネジメントの仕組みの構築や運用などに携わってきました。その実務経験と大学での研究を融合させながら、企業に求められるモニタリング機能について幅広く研究してきました。

このモニタリング機能が密接にかかわる分野にコーポレートガバナンスの領域がありますが、企業環境変化とともに法規制も近年激しく変化してきており、様々な研究や議論が行われています。私は、大学での研究者としての立場・実務専門家としての立場・企業経営者としての立場というあまり類を見ない立場を活かした実践的な研究や教育を進めていければと考えています。
