研究の対象者としてはすべての人にしますが、研究には主に障害を持つ人、高齢者、ことも、妊婦などの行動や話を分析し環境を改善する方法などを模索していきます。対象地としてはあらゆる場所がその対象地になります。今までの研究を行った対象地としては、生活環境である住宅や住居地の生活施設や道、公園、そして文化財、商業施設、宿泊施設、駅などの交通施設の対象地としユニバーサルデザインの適用方法などを提案しています。
