Research Outline
現在、単身世帯は全世帯に占める割合が2020年では35%を超えており、2040年には約40%に達すると予測されています。
また標準世帯とされてきた夫婦と子供からなる世帯も減少傾向にあり、核家族の変化がみられます。
このように世帯構造が変容している現代において、標準家族のためにつくられてきた社会システムやその規範とされてきた住宅のあり方を見直すことや、家族だけではない支え合うネットワークづくりが重要な課題であると考えています。
その課題に対し、シェア居住の住まい方が手がかりになるのではないかと考え、現在シェア居住に着目をして研究をしています。
他人同士による人間関係の形成の仕方や住まい方から、単身世帯や標準世帯だけではない世帯の住まいのあり方や、家族だけではない支え合う共同体の可能性を探っています。
