Profile
主に保険法の研究をしています。当初は保険会社の免責（故意の保険事故招致や故殺等において保険金を支払わなくてもよいとするルール）に関するフランス法の研究をしていましたが、「そもそもフランス法と日本法で保険契約の捉え方自体にズレがないか？」と思い始め、保険契約の構造の研究を始めました。フランス法における保険契約の構造に関する研究が、今後の日仏比較法の土台になるよう精進いたします。商法分野では、特にホテルの責任論の研究をしております（場屋営業という分野の一部です。）。海商法については、判例評釈で検討した船舶衝突関係以外に、より大きなテーマに挑戦しようと模索中です。
