刑事訴訟法は、刑事裁判の基本的なルールを定めたものですので、法文を読んだだけで理解するのは簡単ではありません。刑事裁判手続で実際にどのように使われているか体験することで、初めて理解できるものが多く存在します。微力ではありますが、これまでの経験を生かして皆さんに刑事裁判実務の具体的なイメージを持っていただけるよう努めたいと思っています。
