インターネットやデータベースを基盤とする各技術開発の進展により、一層複雑になる社会において、人と違っても安心して生きていくことができる情報化社会の構造化に寄与するためには、行政法（警察行政・治安行政）・情報法（国家の情報収集）・刑事訴訟法（捜査）と関連する領域の研究が欠かせません。
「憲法学にできること」ではなく、「憲法の価値（基本的人権、ひいては私たち一人ひとりの自由）を守るためにすべきこと」を、一緒に考えていきましょう。
