Title:企業と地域をつなぐ「学びの共同体」構築の研究ー介護施設の事例研究を中心に－
Project summary:本研究の目的は、介護施設を中心とした企業の事例研究をもとに、学びの共同体をもとにした企業組織の自発的・自律的な学習、および他の組織や地域社会とのつながり作りの方法論について明らかにすることである。現場で学びの共同体(＝実践共同体)を構築することで、自発的な学習活動が促進され、同時に他の組織や企業、地域社会とのつながりを生み出すという組織学習の方法論は、その具体的な促進方法については研究が進んでいない。本研究では介護施設等の事例から、学びの共同体による学習と他の企業や地域社会とのつながりを促進する組織マネジメント、リーダーシップのあり方、および地域社会との関わり方について、丹念なフィールドワークを通じて事例を構築し、その方法論の確立に向けての研究を行う。
