Teaching and Research Fields
人間支援を目的として軽量で柔らかな空気圧人工筋アクチュエータを開発し，生物型ロボットやリハビリテーション機器へ応用するなど，ロボット技術の開発に取り組んでいます． また，生物や人間の運動解析を行い，運動の数理モデルや３D筋骨格モデルの構築，さらに，これらを基にした関節トルクや筋力などの運動能力の推定を行っています．これらは、開発しているリハビリテーション機器の機能・評価，スポーツ分野への競技能力向上に役立てています．
