Teaching and Research Fields
Primary research focuses on Football Modified Activities (such as touch and flag football), which can be easily enjoyed by anyone regardless of their level of experience or individual skill.　 In addition, in undergraduate physical education–related courses, I aim to develop more flexible teaching methods that are not overly constrained by traditional physical education practices. 　As one example, I incorporate practical teaching approaches from the United States into my classes.
In particular, in seminar courses, I organize annual training programs in the United States. These programs focus on international exchange activities, where students engage with local elementary school children and practice teaching a variety of traditional Japanese games.
