主な研究活動としては、証券市場での価格・取引形成と個人・家計の資産運用について実証研究を行っている。証券市場で流通する情報(ディスクロージャーやマスメディア報道、企業広告など）の性質が、どのように株価の変動特性に影響を及ぼしているかというテーマに市場と企業データを用いて取り組んでいる。また、個人・家計の金融リテラシーや価値観が、リスク性投資などの資産運用に及ぼす影響についてアンケート調査により研究している。
