Profile
人口減少と今後の世帯数減少、コンパクトシティ化などを背景に、これからの都市計画では、すでに整備されているインフラや施設などをより有効に活用していくことや、それらを担う住民・地域組織などの連携を含めた「まちづくり」が重要になってきます。そこには、地域の持続性を保つため、付加価値を高めるような住環境づくり、コミュニティづくりも含まれます。研究室ではさまざまな要素が入り混じるまちに関する仕組みの構築と制度づくりに取り組んでいます。
